Introduction
Bitajon Systems (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Modbus TCP Tool handles information when you use the Application.
Information We Collect
Modbus TCP Tool is designed to operate primarily on your local network. The Application does not require user registration or user accounts. Unless otherwise stated in this policy, we do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to our servers.
Local Network Communication
The Application communicates directly with Modbus TCP devices located on your local network. This communication occurs only between your device and the selected Modbus TCP server. Bitajon Systems does not receive, monitor, or store this communication.
Demo Device
The built-in Demo Device is an internal simulator included for demonstration and testing purposes.
The Demo Device:
- Does not connect to external hardware.
- Does not communicate with cloud services.
- Does not send information to Bitajon Systems.
- Operates entirely within the Application.
Connection Profiles
Connection profiles, favorites, aliases, alarms, and application settings are stored locally on your device. These data remain under your control and are not transmitted to Bitajon Systems.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional Pro features through Google Play Billing. Payment processing is handled entirely by Google. Bitajon Systems does not receive your payment card information. Google may collect information according to its own Privacy Policy.
Permissions
The Application may request access to:
- Local Network (required to communicate with Modbus TCP devices).
The Application does not request access to:
- Contacts
- Photos
- Camera
- Microphone
- Location
- Calendar
Unless future versions explicitly introduce features requiring such permissions.
Data Sharing
Bitajon Systems does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
Data Security
The Application performs communication directly with your selected Modbus TCP devices. We recommend operating only on trusted local networks and protecting industrial equipment with appropriate network security practices.
Children's Privacy
The Application is intended for industrial, engineering, educational, and professional use. It is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
